Fidelity Impact on Organizational Quality

We have data from some of our long-standing customers who are now delivering high-quality services because they have a process in place at their organization to collect treatment fidelity data. 

As you can see below, multiple organizations were underperforming at months one and three of engaging in this process, as indicated by the data points below the dotted line at 80% fidelity. However, once most organizations reached months six and twelve all were delivering services in accordance with industry standards. Data 1Here is a different way to look at the data.
